Temptag TRI gives you greater control when steaming milk. Temptag Tri is a milk thermometer sticker designed to give an instant indication when milk is at the optimum serving temperature. There are 3 windows which react at 3 different temperatures for any type of milk. There are three colours in the pack (red, yellow and white) – The three colours are used to differentiate what type of milk is in each pitcher. Pack contains 12 Temptag Tri stickers. The accuracy of the Temptag Tri allows the barista to serve coffee at a perfect temperature every time. Unlike traditional thermometers, Temptags have no direct contact with milk as they’re applied to the outside of the milk jug , this eliminates the possibility of cross contamination as well as promoting hygiene. When using Temptags you’ll never need to worry about calibration like traditional thermometers. Temptags are quality thermometers that are easy to read, clean and have great accuracy.
The Temptag TRI will indicate when the ideal milk temperature is reached by changing colour. The three indicators work as follows:
The window on the left will light up white revealing a cross this indicates the temperature is 58C and is ideal for soy milk and warm milk
The window in the middle will light up red revealing a tick this indicates the temperature is 65C and is ideal for full cream milk and all other milk types
The window on the right will light up white revealing a hyphen this indicates the temperature is 70C and is ideal for extra hot coffees
It is recommended that the Temptag be placed at the suggested placement, be used by adhering to the care instructions to prolong the life and replace Temptags when necessary.
